What to Include

To help us review your request quickly, please include your phone number or username associated with your Yuno account, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots, links, usernames, or dates.

Report Safety Issues

If you need to report content, a user profile, harassment, impersonation, spam, scams, or illegal content, please use the in-app report tool where available or email support with the details.

Account Deletion Requests

To request account deletion, email support from the address connected to your account when possible and include your username or phone number. We may ask for verification before processing the request.

Emergency Notice

Yuno support is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local authority.
